Not all Ultimate Addon elements are in Visual Composer list?
First of all, there are two kinds of features Ultimate Addons offer.
1. Row Backgrounds / Effects like Parallax & Video Background, Row Separators –
You don’t see in the list of elements (screenshot) but these are the settings which are found when you edit a row. Please see this screenshot or watch related video tutorials here.
2. Modules / elements like Advanced Carousel, Info Box.
If you don’t seem to find some elements / modules in the list, please ensure couple of things as below –
i. Have you enabled the elements for appropriate user groups in Visual Composer settings? – Control user group access WPBakery
ii. Check if elements are enabled in Ultimate Settings as well – yoursite-url/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ultimate-modules
