Quickly, fix as below –
- First of all, ensure that you are on latest 3.7 version of Ultimate Addons.
- Go to – yoursite-url/wp-admin/admin.php?page=ultimate-modules&author#ultimate-debug
- Switch ON the Video Fixer switch and most probably your issue will be resolved.
What does this do?
Some themes conflict with Video Fixer script that’s used in Video Background functionality of Ultimate Addons. When you turn the Video Fixer switch ON, the script gets disabled.
